Fee Schedule

Counselling & Psychotherapy

We are a mixed billing practice. We see clients through the following services:

🌿Self-funded

🌿National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) - plan and self-managed
🌿Private Health (fund dependant).

Consultation Fees (From the 1st of January 2026)

🌿Individual Session (one hour): $150
🌿Couples (one hour session): $180
🌿Group therapy (3 or more people, 2 hour session): $220

Full payment is required for each session at the time of your appointment.

Parenting Co-ordination

🌿Intake Session $350 + GST (1 hour)

🌿Joint Session $500 + GST (90 mins - costs shared between parties unless otherwise agreed in writing)

🌿 Individual Follow-up $325 + GST

All sessions include:

🌿Preparation and reading time

🌿Written summary

Full payment is required for each session at the time of booking. In accordance with your agreement, a retainer payment (agreed amount) is also required to cover any incidental costs incurred outside of sessions.

Mediation/Dispute Resolution

🌿Half Day $1,500 + GST (up to 4 hours)

🌿 Full Day $2,000 + GST (up to 7 hours)

Includes:

🌿Individual Intake (1 hour per party)

🌿Preparation and reading time

🌿Drafting Heads of Agreement

At Cost:

🌿Venue Hire

🌿Extended Travel

50% payment is required at time of booking with balance due 7 days prior.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may be unable to keep an appointment because of sudden illness or an unexpected personal emergency or situation. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation. You may call our practice anytime on 0473 865 838 and leave a message on our message bank service.

Counselling / Psychotherapy - 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session without incurring any fees. In the event that less than 24 hours’ notice is given a cancellation fee may be charged.

Parenting Co-ordination - 72 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session without incurring any fees. In the event that less than 72 hours’ notice is given 100% of the fee is to be paid by the cancelling party.

Dispute Resolution / Mediation - 14 days' notice to reschedule or cancel a booking without incurring any fees. In the event that less than 14 days’ notice is given to cancel the scheduled date, 50% of the fee will be charged.

These policies are in place to allow us to offer the allocated appointment time to another client who may be on a cancellation or waiting list for an appointment.
